This survey must be filled out by any company that wishes to be considered for a spot in the Agency 100. Please answer all questions completely and accurately. Companies that share information more fully and accurately, particularly in regard to revenue and client roster, will have a better chance of being selected for a spot in the Agency 100.
Please note that any information included in a questionnaire response is officially on the record and we look forward to featuring your success with our affiliates, industry partners, and audiences. Your responses will also inform our proprietary AI chatbot feature on our website, which will make your information more accessible to our audience and simplify the agency search process, enabling clients to quickly find and utilize key information about your agency. Participation implies consent to such use.

Companies that submit surveys by Friday, March 6, will be considered for inclusion in the 2026 Agency 100. If your company is selected for the Agency 100 issue, you will be contacted by a reporter by the end of March. The Agency 100 issue will be published across MM+M's digital channels on Tuesday, June 9, and in the June 2026 print edition of MM+M.
