Suppliers Evaluation for Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Program

In October 2025, Focused Education launched the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Program to support emergency preparedness in K–12 schools

This program features three key suppliers. Each representing a leading Manufacturer.

We are conducting this survey to gather your feedback on the performance of these suppliers. Your input will help us monitor supplier performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure we continue to meet your needs effectively.

This survey will remain open throughout the entire term of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Program. Responses will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, and your feedback will be shared with the suppliers during our quarterly meetings.
