Self-ology: A Study of Self & Purpose for Nonprofit Leaders Registration 2026

Self-ology: A Study of Self & Purpose for Nonprofit Leaders is a transformative 7-week program designed exclusively for women leaders in the nonprofit sector across the greater Washington D.C. region, led by Dr. Michelle Edwards. Grounded in The Artist’s Way, Self-ology invites participants to explore who they are—both as people and as leaders. This learning experience creates intentional space for deep self-discovery, clarity of purpose, and renewal. Through practical, lifelong structures, leaders strengthen their ability to trust their inner voice and lead with authenticity. Self-ology equips participants to give from the overflow of a restored and grounded self, rather than allowing constant demands to draw from the depths of their well.

Self-ology is about more than leadership—it’s about self-nurturance and prioritizing your well-being amid the pressures of advancing your organization’s mission. Through 7 virtual sessions and 2 individual coaching sessions, this program invites you to step back from the constant “doing” and focus on the “being” and the deeper purpose that drives your work.

Virtual Cohort dates: 5/3, 5/17, 5/31, 6/14, 6/28, 7/12, 7/26 from 4:30-6PM
Coaching Dates: Dates to be determined by participant and coach
Participant Cost: $125

Spots Available: 15
