NEO-RLS is available for three types of visits:

New Director Visits (one-on-one)
A one-on-one visit with any new library director in the NEO-RLS region. The purpose is to establish a foundational relationship, provide an overview of services, answer questions, and learn about the library’s priorities.

Meet & Greets with Library Staff (1-2 hours)
A structured but informal drop-in opportunity for library staff at all levels to meet with NEO-RLS staff. These last 1–2 hours, focusing on staff connection, service awareness, feedback, and needs assessment.

Staff Day Presentations (15-30 minute presentations)
A 15–30 minute presentation during a library’s Staff Day. Content focuses on how NEO-RLS supports staff and how to access services.
