Staff Culture Survey - April, 2026

Thank you for your time in taking this survey. Your responses are confidential.

CSNSW is working towards building a respectful, purposeful, and collaborative culture that ensures staff safety and engagement. To achieve this target, CSNSW is asking staff to complete a short survey about their perceptions of the organisation and the experience of working in it.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All collected responses will remain confidential and can only be accessed by the Corrections Research, Evaluation & Statistics (CRES) research team. Data will be reported at the aggregate level by CRES. Any data that risks identifying an individual will not be reported at that level.

Not all questions may be relevant to the area, location, branch, sub-division or directorate where you work, therefore you may skip any questions you feel are not applicable to your role. You may also go back to any completed page before submitting to amend answers to previous questions.

Please note: this survey is not a replication of the People Matters Employee Survey and therefore staff are asked to complete both surveys.

If you have any questions about the survey, please email: staffculturesurvey@correctiveservices.nsw.gov.au

By beginning the survey you indicate that you consent to having the information you provide used for reporting purposes.
