Programming Proposals

Welcome to the Annual Programming Submission process. We are so thankful for your dedication and commitment to NCHC and the initiatives you lead on behalf of our membership.

This two-part report will capture information related to your proposed programming and invite you to submit a request for funding for any renewable or new programming initiatives. All non-conference programming proposals will be forwarded to the Non-Conference Programming Committee for review and acceptance.  

You will be able to save your progress throughout this report and return to it at your convenience. Please, contact NCHC headquarters if you have any questions at hello@nchchonors.org or (402) 472-9150.

Which committee(s) are sponsoring this program? Preference will be given to jointly sponsored programs.

4. Is this program tied to the NCHC Annual Conference dates as a pre or post conference opportunity? *This question is required.
5. Please provide the requested informaton for the lead facilitators: *This question is required.
6. Please idenitfy if this is either Fee-Based (requiring a full budget), or a Member Benefit Program (requiring office support but no additional registration fees for the participant).  *This question is required.
7. Which NCHC Strategic Initiative(s) does this program support?  *This question is required.
8. Is this a Partners in the Park (PITP) trip? *This question is required.
Have you ever facilitated an NCHC event with student participants? *This question is required.
I understand that I may be subject to a background check performed by NCHC.  *This question is required.
9. Preferred Program Dates:
NCHC HQ will make every attempt to fulfill your preferred dates. In some instances preferred dates may not be the logical option.
For example: Additional NCHC Programming may be occurring during your preferred dates. Or, the host city may have additional events taking place during the preferred dates resulting in increased costs. 
If you don't have specific dates, please indicate if you have a preferred date range. (e.g. late June/early July) and/or pattern (e.g. Monday through Wednesday, Sunday through Wednesday, Tuesday through Friday).
