I acknowledge my acceptance as a speaker for Safety 2026, the American Society of Safety Professionals' (ASSP) annual conference currently scheduled for Monday, June 15 through Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

I understand the information in the acceptance email and have read the following:

Any changes to the approved speakers or presentation topic from that submitted must receive prior approval from ASSP.
ASSP may edit title and/or description to help ASSP best explain and promote a session.
ASSP DOES NOT PERMIT ANY MATERIAL THAT CONSTITUTES ADVERTISING.
ASSP requires that you upload a PDF of your PowerPoint slides and/or any additional session specific, supporting documents that would serve as valuable takeaways for conference attendees. (The link to upload these documents will be shared at a later date.)
Speakers are required to review ASSP's Mission Statement and Strategic Plan and adhere to ASSP's Code of Professional Conduct.
Information on conference policies, terms and conditions, including any on-site safety and health practices, will be posted on the conference website and shared with all attendees once available. By attending, you voluntarily accept all risks related to exposure to communicable diseases; agree to follow any safety and health practices required by ASSP; and agree to not hold ASSP or its representatives liable for any illness or injury.
For the privacy of our presenters and attendees, audio and video recording is not permitted during these sessions.
