2026 Summit: Coping Skills to Manage Stress

Please join the Wisconsin Office of Children's Mental Health (OCMH) and student leaders from across the state at the 2026 Mental Wellness Student Leadership Summit. This in-person event is for Wisconsin high school students and their program advisors who participate/lead their school's wellness programs. These programs include (but are not limited to) Sources of Strength, REDgen, NAMI Raise Your Voice Club, or Hope Squad. Schools will be limited to bringing no more than 2 program advisors and 8 student attendees

At the Summit, attendees can expect to
  • Learn about a wide variety of coping skills
  • Deepen their mental health leadership skills
  • Build relationships with other students and advisors, and
  • Celebrate their accomplishments promoting mental wellness in their communities. 

Space is limited! We are limited to 60 schools. 

Registration closes February 16, 2026, or when capacity is met.
