Register here for the next meeting of the Southeast Central Regional Planning group. The meeting will be Tuesday February 17, 2026, from 1:00-2:30 pm local time at Edinburgh Park & Rec Center, 722 S. Eisenhower Dr. Edinburgh, IN 46124.

The Southeast Central Region includes Johnson, Shelby, Rush, Bartholomew, Decatur counties but open to all drinking water and wastewater utilities and elected officials who wish to participate. The IFA has applied for Certified Operator CEU hours.

Attending this meeting will fulfil the requirement of IC 5-1.2-11.5-6 that drinking water and wastewater utilities attend one Indiana Finance Authority (“IFA”) Regional Meeting every year.
