02.11.26 Farmworker Workshop Registration-Hatch

Thank you for your interest in having a table and presenting at this year's Farmworker Workshop in Hatch.
This event will take place on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

SETUP INFORMATION:

Each agency will be provided with a table and chairs.
Access to electrical outlets is NOT AVAILABLE.
You may arrive at 9:30 a.m. to set up your table.

RESOURCE DIRECTORY:

We will provide a printed Resource Directory to all attendees that includes participating agencies, the services they offer, and their contact information.
To be included in this directory, please submit your agency information no later than Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Information submitted after this date will still be accepted for tabling but will not appear in the printed directory.
Please ensure all information is accurate. It will be printed as submitted.

REGISTRATION LIMITS:

Space is limited to 30 registrants.
Registration closes on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., or earlier if maximum capacity is reached.

***PLEASE NOTE: Most farmworkers who attend these workshops are primarily Spanish speakers. We recommend having Spanish-speaking representatives present.***
