Draft Four-Year Capital Works Program and Draft Budget 2026/27 - Submission

Thank you for taking the time to provide a submission in response to the Draft Four-Year Capital Works Program and Draft Budget 2026/27

Moonee Valley City Council takes seriously its commitment to financial sustainability and preparedness.

Every year, we prepare a budget that sets out how we will use resources responsibly and impactfully, to deliver the services, programs and infrastructure our community needs.

It is important the community guides decision-making about how Council distributes these resources.

Have your say from 2 February until 2 March 2026

We're pleased to present the Draft Four-Year Capital Works Program which provides a comprehensive overview of projects planned for delivery in our municipality over the next four years. The Four-Year Capital Works Program directly impacts the development of our Draft Budget 2026/27 and so your input at this time is important.

Input gathered during this stage will inform development of the Draft Budget 2026/27, which will be provided on this page for final input in April 2026.

To make sure that our Draft Budget is as representative of our community needs as possible, we strongly encourage you to participate in this first stage of engagement. Prior to providing input we recommend that you review our Draft Four-Year Capital Works Program, as this may inform your thoughts.

Depending on the length of your submission, this form will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

Submissions must be sent through to Council by 2 March 2026.
