2026-2027 Legal Climate Survey

The Florida Chamber of Commerce is seeking input from Florida’s business community as we assess the impact of the 2023 legal reforms and prepare for the 2026 Legislative Session.

In 2023, the Florida Chamber led the effort to pass monumental legal reforms addressing seven areas of abuse in Florida’s legal system. We are measuring how these reforms are working and requesting your input on future legal and insurance reforms as we continue our advocacy to strengthen Florida’s legal climate.

This brief survey will take only a few minutes to complete. Responses will be used in aggregate to help guide the Florida Chamber’s policy priorities.

The survey will remain open through January 6, 2026
