EXACT Sports is looking for entrepreneurial, creative, and outcome-driven Product Leads to take ownership of one of our core brands. Each Product Lead serves as the general manager for the product — responsible for driving growth, overseeing marketing and sales, coordinating operations, and shaping the product's future. This role is ideal for someone who wants high autonomy, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is energized by measurable growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Growth & Outreach: Own the sales and enrollment pipeline from top to bottom — including prospect outreach, presentations, and closing.

  • Drive Marketing Execution: Launch and test marketing campaigns, manage freelance creatives, and refine your product’s messaging and brand presence.

  • Deliver Customer Success: Communicate directly with families, athletes, coaches, or customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

  • Oversee Product Performance: Track product revenue, customer conversion, and retention. Suggest optimizations or new features based on data and feedback.

  • Coordinate Operations: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure that each program or product experience runs smoothly.

  • Work Like a Founder: Strategically and tactically drive your product’s growth as if it were your own business.
