This brief survey will help determine whether you are eligible to participate in an interview about Veterans’ experiences with gambling and support services in Massachusetts.
This survey should take only a few minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential. You do not need to provide your name or contact information unless you wish to be considered for an interview. You do not need to gamble regularly to participate
If you are eligible and interested in participating, you will be asked to provide your contact information at the end of the survey so that a member of the research team can reach out to schedule your interview.
Participation in the interview, which is estimated to last no more than 60 minutes, is voluntary and you may choose to end the interview at any time. If you participate in an interview, you will receive a $50 electronic gift card
