About the Technical Advisory Group & Application Instructions

About the TAG
Thank you for your interest in applying to join the 2026-2028 Technical Advisory Group for AlignMNH. AlignMNH was founded in 2020 to accelerate progress in improving maternal and newborn health outcomes and prevent stillbirths around the globe. AlignMNH is supported by a Secretariat, managed by Jhpiego. Learn more about AlignMNH at alignmnh.org.

The Technical Advisory Group (TAG) serves as a brain trust and expert advisory body providing thought leadership and strategic intelligence to guide our work. TAG members bring direct, practical, and in-depth country experience, along with deep subject matter expertise and connections to the global MNCH landscape.  The collective experience and expertise among the TAG enables members to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities of relevance to inform the direction of the AlignMNH platform.

In their role, TAG members provide strategic advisory support by offering expert guidance on programmatic direction and priorities. They leverage their understanding of what's most critical in MNCH today to synthesize complex challenges into actionable insights. Through their collective expertise in country realities and global perspectives, the TAG ensures our work remains responsive to the evolving needs of countries and the global community and ensures AlignMNH is positioned at the forefront of MNCH innovation and impact.
