The ISTH has recently drafted a guidance manuscript on the how to monitor and manage unfractionated heparin in practice, given the accumulating evidence from a comprehensive literature review. The guidance was developed by a panel of 8 content experts.

The draft guidance is available for review HERE. Note: This manuscript is confidential and in draft form.
