LODGING
All conference participants, including those who applied for lodging scholarships, are responsible for making their own lodging reservations. Cut off date for the block of rooms rate is February 5^th, 2026.

Lodging Scholarship Recipients:
Lodging scholarship applicants will be notified of their lodging scholarship status by February 4^th.

If you have not received an email about your lodging scholarship status by February 4^th, please contact Dani Peterson- training@childrensalliancemt.org

Those who receive lodging scholarships will have their room reservation cost transferred to the master bill upon check in.

If you will not be able to attend the conference- It is your responsibility to cancel hotel reservations. Any no show cost will not be covered by the Children’s Alliance of Montana.

DRESS CODE
The dress code for the conference is business casual.

MEALS
No meals will be provided during the conference.
Coffee, tea, and water will be made available all day.

CLE Credits– pending approval
