NYC CLC Interest Form 2025/2026

Submission of Interest: NYC Charter Literacy Consortium

We are excited to share the design of the NYC Charter Literacy Consortium (CLC) with a mission to equip NYC charters with the resources, expertise and sustained support needed to achieve full literacy for all of their students.

This survey is an opportunity for charter organizations* to express interest in joining the CLC to help make progress toward ambitious literacy and student achievement goals across the NYC charter sector. Once you submit this form, please reach out to yaneli.rubio@columbia.edu to schedule a 1:1 meeting. We'll further discuss program design, commitments, charter-specific goals and funding. A formal grant application will be made available to selected charters.

You can find more details about the Charter Literacy Consortium here.

You can expect to provide the following information within this form:

  • Charter contact information
  • Your questions regarding the CLC
  • Your charter's current literacy materials, tools and teams
  • Your charter's current approach to literacy-related professional learning

*Only one form should be submitted by a charter organization (either single-site or multi-site). Individual schools within a multi-site charter organization should not submit separate forms.
