The IFLA "Management of Library Associations" Section continues to advance its "Mentorship of Library Associations" Pilot, an initiative designed to foster knowledge exchange and peer support among associations world-wide. This initiative reflects all three IFLA Impact Areas - by connecting professionals globally, strengthening advocacy capacities, and enabling meaningful change through collaboration and shared learning. We hope library associations' members will participate in the Pilot Project, either as mentees or mentors, and that all involved gain knowledge and networking benefits from it.
The survey comprises of 4 quick sections:
1. Background information - to be filled in by both potential mentors and mentees
2. Mentee section
3. Mentor section
4. Logistics - to be filled again by all survey participants
