Chicago Continuum of Care (CoC) FY2025 New Project Survey

The Chicago Continuum of Care (CoC) is pleased to announce the opening of the New Project process as part of Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) FY 2025 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) competition. More information on the funding opportunity can be found on the Chicago CoC's website.

The FY 2025 CoC new project funding is available for the following project model types:

Supportive Services Only (SSO)
Supportive Service Only Street Outreach
Transitional Housing (TH)

Funding Availability
The FY 2025 NOFO typically allows the Chicago CoC to apply for HUD CoC funding. The amount of bonus funding allocated to new projects will be recommended by the CoC’s Prioritization and Selection Workgroup and determined by the CoC Board later.

If your agency is applying for new funding for multiple projects, please submit a separate survey for each project.
