Compliance Week is conducting a survey to explore how ethics & compliance (E&C) officers are adopting and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), particularly generative AI, within their programs. The goal is to better understand the current state of AI use in compliance—how teams are deploying these tools, what benefits and risks they’re seeing, and where the greatest opportunities lie. The findings will highlight key data points such as adoption rates, areas of AI application, perceived effectiveness, challenges to implementation, and expectations for future growth, including the use of Agentic AI. Results will be released in a series of publicly accessible Compliance Week stories and unveiled at The Leading Edge: Applying AI and Data Analytics in E&C, a Compliance Week event being held in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on Jan. 28-29, 2026.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
