The Onboarding Learning Lab is a cohort-based professional development program for professionals who are new to GEAR UP (<1 year) who serve in any role, including school-based staff.
The Learning Lab:
- combines live virtual sessions with a small group of peers and asynchronous, online coursework.
- will take place March 16–May 29, 2026 with live virtual sessions on 3/19, 4/2, 4/16, 4/30, 5/14, and 5/28 from 2:00–3:30 pm ET.
- is best suited for individuals who are a new (<1 year) staff member in a GEAR UP grant.
- costs $1,000 for NCCEP members in good standing and $4,400 for non-members.
