The UNESCO-UNICEF-ITU Charter for Public Digital Learning Platforms sets out a global vision to ensure that digital learning environments uphold the public mission of education. It outlines principles and recommendations to guide the design, governance and continuous improvement of public digital learning platforms.
The Charter is open for public consultation from December 2025 to February 2026. Educators, government officials, learners, parents, private sector representatives, scholars and others are encouraged to review the draft Charter and share their feedback and ideas. The consultation offers a unique opportunity for all stakeholders to help shape a global vision for the future of public digital learning platforms. Please add your voice.
