  • CF2 - Private Practice - AAO Non-Member Orthodontist Owned - $500
  • CF3 - University/Accredited Ortho Program & Military Dental/Orthodontic Practice - $0
  • CF4 - Corporate Exhibiting - $1,500
    • This category applies to any suppliers/consultants/any practice with OSO/DSO structure and/or leadership who is exhibiting at Annual Session. 
  • CF5 - Corporate Non-Exhibiting - $5,300
    • ​​​​​​​This category applies to any suppliers/consultants/any practice with OSO/DSO structure and/or leadership who is not exhibiting at Annual Session.
