SNHD Proposed Septic Regulations

The Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) is gathering input from property owners with septic systems. We recognize there has been significant public discussion, and we are reviewing several portions of the draft regulations, including fee structures and implementation guidelines.

Your feedback will help us understand community priorities, concerns, and questions, and will guide future revisions and outreach efforts.

The survey will close on January 12, 2026

Please complete one survey per permitted property.
