Emerging Leaders in Biotechnology Application

Thank you for applying to the Emerging Leaders in Biotechnology Program.
Applicants will be notified no later than March 20, 2026 if they have been accepted into the program. If you apply after March 20, we will inform you as soon as possible

The Emerging Leaders in Biotechnology consists of two major parts:

- Five 90 minute virtual career workshops held on Saturday mornings throughout April, May and June
- One week summer lab intensive on biotechnology techniques including PCR and CRISPR (15-18 hours)

To receive a stipend, students MUST:
- Attend at least 3 virtual workshops
-Attend 4 out of 5 days of the in person lab

Additional tours, events, and activities may arise during the program which are optional but are highly recommended.
