2025 CMAA Governance & Policies Survey

Please submit your responses by the end of the day on Friday, February 6th. This survey should be completed by the club's General Manager or Chief Financial Officer/Controller. However, we encourage that bylaws and governance policies should be shared with all management.

This survey collects essential information on governance structures and policies within private clubs. The data gathered will be used to develop the 2025 Governance & Policies Report, which serves as a resource for clubs to benchmark against industry standards and strengthen governance practices. Your participation helps ensure the report reflects accurate, actionable insights that support effective leadership and strategic planning.

All data collected will be kept strictly confidential. The report will present only aggregated results, ensuring that no individual or identifiable information is disclosed.
