This survey is being sent to stakeholders, providers, and CoC-funded organizations in the Opening Doors Fairfield County/CT-503 CoC region. In order to prepare for potential changes to be rolled out by HUD through the FY2025 or FY2026 CoC Program funding process, ODFC is seeking input from community stakeholders, providers, and CoC-funded organizations on various issues related to ODFC's CoC Program funding priorities.
The CoC requests that each organization responding to the survey submit one coordinated response. Some questions are likely to require engagement of your organization's leadership staff.
Please note that CoC-funded organizations will be asked to complete additional questions that do not apply to organizations that do not receive or administer CoC Program funds.
We are asking you to complete the survey (one per organization) by close of business on Tuesday, November 18.
