This updated Generic CBM Reflection Form allows you to enter information for each training session you attended at the same event.  NOTE: For any non-FSBA raining, documentation is required (certificate of completion, agenda or course material, etc.) to receive CBM points. Please email Carolyn Sanders (sanders@fsba.org) if you have any questions.
