2025-26 SAM Technology Survey

READ BEFORE COMPLETING THE SURVEY:
  • This survey should be completed by the person who makes technology decisions at your resort. That might be your IT manager, general manager, or someone who oversees the systems your resort uses.
     
  • For the purposes of this survey, technology is defined as the software and the hardware that supports it—such as point-of-sale systems, e-commerce platforms, access control, communications tools, and data management systems. This does not include infrastructure like lifts, snowmaking, or other mechanical systems.
     
  • Your responses will help SAM understand how ski areas are using technology today, the challenges you face, and where future opportunities may lie. All responses will be combined and anonymized for a future report in SAM magazine.
     
  • The first 25 respondents who include their contact information at the end of the survey will get free entry into the 2026 Ski Resort AI Bootcamp, plus a free 1-year subscription to SAM. All respondents will be entered to win one of two $250 VISA gift cards. Drawings will be held on Dec. 1 and Dec. 5.
