READ BEFORE COMPLETING THE SURVEY:
  • This survey should be completed by the person who makes technology decisions at your resort. That might be your IT manager, general manager, or someone who oversees the systems your resort uses.
     
  • For the purposes of this survey, technology is defined as the software and the hardware that supports it—such as point-of-sale systems, e-commerce platforms, access control, communications tools, and data management systems. This does not include infrastructure like lifts, snowmaking, or other mechanical systems.
     
  • Your responses will help SAM understand how ski areas are using technology today, the challenges you face, and where future opportunities may lie. All responses will be combined and anonymized for a future report in SAM magazine.
