The College Success Learning Lab is a cohort-based professional development program for GEAR UP professionals to learn strategies and techniques to help students succeed in the transition to and in the first year of postsecondary education.
The Learning Lab:
- combines live virtual sessions with a small group of peers and asynchronous, online coursework.
- will take place March 16–May 29, 2026 with live virtual sessions on 3/18, 4/1, 4/15, 4/29, 5/13, and 5/27 from 2:00–3:30 pm ET.
- is best suited for professionals who directly support late high school or first-year college students.
- costs $1,000 for NCCEP members in good standing and $4,400 for non-members.
