As part of PRO Youth & Families (PRO) programming, your likeness (image, or voice) may be captured on video, photographs, or recordings during activities and events hosted by PRO. There is no compensation for any appearance or statements recorded by PRO or any media. These materials may be used in the following ways:
  • Print, digital, and social media
  • PRO's promotional, fundraising, and educational materials
  • External publications or websites that support the mission of PRO
Please indicate below if you give permission for PRO to take video, photographs or recordings.
