Women in Petfood Leadership (WiPL) Mentorship Committee is seeking mentors and mentees to participate in our mentorship program! The WiPL mentorship program connects mentees with WiPL mentors who possess extensive professional experience, providing guidance tailored to the mentee's specific interests and needs. Join us to empower and be empowered, fostering a community where mentorship stands as a cornerstone in propelling careers forward.
- Mentees: We are seeking mentees who are passionate about growing as a person and in your career, eager to contribute diverse perspectives, actively seeking mentorship from an expert in the field, and fostering a supportive community in WiPL.
- Mentors: We're seeking mentors who are enthusiastic about sharing their expertise regarding navigating careers and leadership, eager to guide and support women in the pet food industry, committed to fostering an inclusive environment, and aiming to make a meaningful impact by giving back through mentorship.
