ASD Market Week is implementing enhanced policies and procedures designed to elevate professionalism, ensure fairness, and protect the long-term integrity of the ASD Market Week brand.

These policies are intended to:

Reinforce ASD’s professional standards and reputation across the industry.
Establish consistent, enforceable rules that safeguard exhibitors’ investments.
Maintain a fair, level playing field for all exhibitors and buyers.

Exhibitor Acknowledgments: By checking each box below, I confirm my acknowledgment with the following:

1. No Early Access: I understand that no buyers, guests, or anyone not employed by my company is permitted on the show floor or in exhibitor booths before 8:00 AM on Monday, March 16, 2026. *This question is required.

2. No Early Appointments or Orders: I acknowledge I should not schedule or conduct any buyer meetings, order writing, or product previews on the ASD show floor prior to 8:00 AM on March 16, 2026.

4. Consequences of Violation: I understand that any violation—by myself, my staff, or my company representatives—will result in:

Booth Space Selection Appointment at the March 2026 show will be moved back 25 time slots — meaning 24 other companies will select their booth locations before you, regardless of loyalty points. In other words, other exhibitors will have the chance to choose your current booth location or the one you want before you do.
Forfeiture of all loyalty points for the March 2026 show cycle.
