Hello! Education Northwest would like you to take a survey to help us understand what you think about MESA.The survey will take about 15 minutes. You can choose if you want to participate. You can also stop at any time. Even if you don’t take the survey, you can still participate in MESA.There are no anticipated risks or direct benefits to participating. The information you share will help make Oregon MESA better for future students. Your answers are anonymous, which means we will not ask you for your name and will never share your individual answers. Your answers will be combined with other people’s and summarized, and that summary will be shared in a report to Oregon MESA.Your answers are private. The evaluation team will not share them with anyone outside the team. All survey responses will be stored securely by Education Northwest. They will be deleted when we finish the project.
