ACCESS 2026 Conference Fee Waiver and Travel Stipend Application

1. INSTRUCTIONS

Complete this form to apply for a registration fee waiver and/or travel stipend to attend ACCESS California's Annual Statewide Conference in Sacramento on January 23, 2026.

The next page will ask you a few questions to determine whether you meet the initial qualifications for a registration fee waiver, travel stipend, or both.

If you meet the initial qualifications for a fee waiver, you will be prompted to complete the fee waiver application.
If you meet the initial qualifications for a travel stipend, you will be prompted to complete the travel stipend application.
If you meet the initial qualifications for both, you will be prompted to complete both applications.
