Project Purpose and Overview
This project seeks to establish a structured, tiered framework of
• FIVB-accredited High-Performance International Training Centres (HPITC)
• International Training Centres (ITC)
to strengthen global volleyball development across elite and foundational levels.
It aims to support National Federations in developing sustainable, high-quality training environments that serve both high-performance athletes and emerging talent pools, while fostering collaboration within the global volleyball family in alignment with the FIVB Strategic Vision 2032 – Pillar #10: International Centres of Excellence.
Framework and Indicators
• Facilities will be promoted within the global FIVB network and serve as regional training and education hubs.
