The State Street Corridor between downtown Hastings and Cook Road (near the Aldi) is slated for reconstruction by MDOT in the coming years. Consequently, the City of Hastings is completing a community engagement and corridor planning process to inform MDOT’s redesign.
Understanding the community's view of the current state of State Street as well as its vision for the future is critical to ensuring any changes to the street produce positive outcomes. This survey is the beginning of a community engagement process that will conclude in spring of 2026. Thank you for your participation!
