Welcome to the PALS 2026 Summer program application!
This application will collect basic information and will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
After acceptance to a program, the CampDoc platform will be used for completing your profile and health forms. You will receive instructions to log in to CampDoc, once you are enrolled in a program, to update and add information for 2026.

Applications are considered holistically and on a rolling basis. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and enrollment status will be sent within 4 week of submitting your application.
