HealthTrust Member Recognition Awards 2026

Welcome.

Nominations are being accepted for the 18th annual HealthTrust Member Recognition Awards. Acknowledging outstanding performance of individuals and organizations, the Member Recognition Awards are the highest honor HealthTrust confers on its members. The awards will be formally announced and presented during the HealthTrust University (HTU) Conference in Denver, Colorado, July 20-22, 2026. 

The Member Recognition Awards celebrate individuals or teams for demonstrated excellence in delivering meaningful improvements. Members and on-contract suppliers are encouraged to submit nominations in the following categories. 

•  Outstanding Member
•  Operational Excellence
•  Clinical Excellence
•  Social Stewardship
•  Pharmacy Excellence
•  Innovation 

To submit a nomination, provide the requested information below and attach any supporting documentation. When navigating through the questions, use the Back and Next buttons IN THE FORM instead of the functions in your browser. The deadline for submissions is March 20, 2026.  

When filling out a submission form, you may save your work and come back at a later time. To do this, click on Save and Continue Later in the upper right portion of the screen, then provide your email address to receive a link back to your application. Once you click Submit, you will no longer be able to edit the application.
