Libraries Enabling Innovation

Welcome

Thank you for your readiness to complete this survey, which we are running in the context of the Knowledge Rights 21 Programme. The goal of the survey is to understand more about the conditions under which libraries are operating when they work to support researchers. It is primarily aimed at European institutions (universities, other higher education institutions, research institutes), but others are welcome to respond.

The results will feed into a short report exploring how far libraries are able to serve researchers engaged in innovation activities (research-industry partnerships and spin-outs). Data will be aggregated and no personal details will be shared.

Deadline (REVISED): 6 April 2026
