9. Number of Classes Per Stage 2 Grade

This gives us an indication of how many sessions/days your school needs, as we take one class (maximum 35 students) per workshop.

If you have more than 6 classes for a certain grade, please indicate in the 'Anything Else?' box below. *This question is required.
10. Module Selection

The Fairfield City Council are offering a choice between the following modules. Please indicate which one you would like delivered. 

Each module involves interactive games and drama exercises. More detailed information including Learning Outcomes can be found here.  *This question is required.
11. Available Dates

EnviroMentors will be visiting your area in Term 4, 2025 and Term 1, 2026. Please indicate your preferred weeks* (you may select more than one).

*Please note that we cannot guarantee your preferred dates or week due to the number of registrations we receive. Unless dates are indicated as "unsuitable" in the next question, your school may be allocated any of the dates within the entire given time frame below. *This question is required.
