FY26 Recovery Housing RFP

Request for Proposals (RFP) for FY26 Substance Use Recovery Housing for Young Adults (ages 18-24) Grant

In order to be considered for funding for the FY26 Substance Use Recovery Housing for Young Adults (ages 18-24) RFP through the Vermont Department of Health, Division of Substance Use (DSU) Programs, all organizations will need to fill out all information included in this survey.

Any questions while filling out this document, need to be emailed to AHS.VDHDSUContracts@vermont.gov with "Questions about FY26 Substance Use Recovery Housing for Young Adults RFP” " in the subject line.

Survey will close at 4:30PM on December 1, 2025.

6. Upload your project narrative that includes Sections I - IV of the RFP document. Each piece of your narrative should align with your proposed budget, which should be uploaded separately in Question 9 of this form.
