Walnut Creek Bart Shared Mobility Hub Survey

The Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) is transforming the Walnut Creek BART Station into a shared mobility hub.

Shared mobility hubs are locations where various travel options such as biking, walking, transit, carpooling, and ride-hailing come together for more convenient and seamless travel. Located near the heart of downtown Walnut Creek, the BART station is already a key connection point for regional travel. Now, CCTA is planning upgrades that will make it even more accessible, welcoming, and connected.

This short survey (≈3 minutes) will help CCTA and partners prioritize near-term station improvements and shape a future shared mobility hub at Walnut Creek BART Station. Your responses are anonymous unless you choose to leave your email for updates.

Note: This effort is separate from BART’s Station Modernization and Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) projects at the Walnut Creek BART Station. However, CCTA is coordinating with BART to integrate the three efforts to complement one another.
