Your registration for 2026 Massachusetts Student Government Day has been submitted.

All communications will be sent via email to the school’s Faculty Advisor (whose name was submitted in the registration form). The Faculty Advisor will be responsible for sharing this information with the selected students. For questions that are not answered on the website, write to studgovday@doe.mass.edu .

NOTE:
This registration is for ONE elected student and ONE adult chaperone only. Due to capacity limitations, we are unable to accommodate additional attendees. To register an alternate in the event that the elected student cannot attend, please visit the Student Government Day website between 3/1/26 and 3/31/26.

REMINDER - Student Consent Forms
By submitting the registration form, the school assures that the student(s) whose names are listed on the form are over the age of 14 and that they have read and signed the Consent Form for Student Government Day Activities. The school further assures that it will keep the original signed consent form on file and that, upon request, it will provide the consent form to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
