2026 Call for Leadership - Vice President

ASPHO’s Leadership Development Committee will utilize a competency-based framework for reviewing candidates. Candidates for Vice President of the Board of Trustees should exhibit the following competencies which are described in detail at www.aspho.org:

Leadership
Strategic Visioning and Direction Setting
Decision Making/Problem Solving
Organization Awareness and Knowledge (ASPHO)
Integrity/Responsibility/Accountability
Commitment

Strong consideration will be given to applicants who are Regular members in good standing that have served on the Board of Trustees for at least two (2) of the six (6) years immediately prior to the time they would assume office as Vice President.
