2026 Call for Leadership- Trustee-at-Large

ASPHO’s Leadership Development Committee utilizes a competency-based framework for reviewing candidates for positions for the Board of Trustees. Candidates for the Board of Trustees should exhibit the following competencies which are described in detail at www.aspho.org:

Organization Awareness and Knowledge (ASPHO)
Integrity/Responsibility/Accountability
Team Orientation
Decision Making/Problem Solving
Strategic Visioning and Direction Setting
Communications

In addition to the position specific competencies, other areas that would broaden the Board's diversity are:
