Adult photo release acknowledgementI hereby grant the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA) and any sponsor, contractor or agent of the aforementioned (the "organizers"), the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute, and create derivative works of the photographed and/or filmed images of me, taken for use in connection with the activities of the 2026 Leadership Summit & National Awards of Business Excellence for promoting, publicizing, or explaining the event, the organizers or its activities, services and functions. 

This grant includes, without limitation, and without reimbursement, the right to publish such images in newspapers, magazines, and PR/promotional materials, such as marketing materials, advertisements, and any other medium the organizers utilize. These images may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media now available to the organizers and that may be available in the future, including but not limited to print, broadcast, videotape, DVD, and electronic/online media. 

In giving my consent, I hereby release and hold harmless CNLA, their agents, employees, officials, representatives, contractors, from any and all responsibility or liability for damage of any kind suffered in any manner whatsoever.

I hereby relinquish any and all personal or proprietary rights I may have in connection with such use. I understand that I will receive no compensation should any photograph of me be used.
