NAM Change Maker Accelerator Application - 2026 Cohort

NAM Change Maker Accelerator Application - 2026 Cohort

Background

Change Maker Accelerators commit to tracking implementation of the National Plan for Health Workforce Well-Being at their institutions. The NAM will work directly with the selected group to facilitate and measure progress across the National Plan’s priority areas and build a community of practice. The Collaborative intends to spotlight the work of these organizations to inspire others to operationalize the National Plan and accelerate collective efforts toward well-being.

The NAM is accepting applications for the next cohort of Change Maker Accelerators from October 9 to December 4, 2025. The request for applications for the 2026 cohort is currently open. We are building a second cohort of about 20 dedicated organizations, and we look forward to working with this growing group of leaders to track health workforce well-being at their organizations!
