Ed-Fi District Survey

The Ed-Fi Project Assessment Summary highlights key learnings, next steps, and indicators of success related to district* involvement in Ed-Fi.

In order to track progress on the indicators of success, MDE conducts a brief survey every six months. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Thank you for your honest responses! Anonymous results will be used for the purpose of continued improvement for Ed-Fi implementation in Minnesota, which includes MDE and SIS Vendors. No identifying data will be shared.

*District refers to all public entities that submit data to MDE through Ed-Fi.
